Items are mostly brand new or worn once or twice only. Condition's guaranteed unless stated.

2. ITEMS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE
3. FIRST PAY FIRST GET BASIS, IF NOT PLEASE CONFIRM
4. NO REFUNDS FOR LOST ITEMS ETC
5. CONFIRM ONLY IF YOU'RE 100% SURE, PLEASE STATE YOU'LL PASS
IF NOT INTERESTED ANYMORE.
6. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOT SELL THE ITEM TO ANY PARTICULAR BUYER

COMMENT
1. Leave a comment if you wish to buy or enquire the item(s). Comment should include, your name, item name, email address and I will get back to you shortly.

2.Priority will be given to those stated CONFIRMED to their items.

3. No additional photos will be given. DO NOT ASK FOR ADDITIONAL PHOTOS.

**4. Items will be sold on first come first confirmed basis. If not, it will go to the next
buyer who can pay first.

5. Bidding will only incur if i want.


PAYMENT
1. Payment should be made within 24hours after confirmation, to
POSB Savings 209-50888-5 account.

2. Items will be mailed out as soon as possible only after payment is made!


DISTRIBUTION METHODS

1. NO MEETUPS, ONLY POSTAGE AVAILABLE.

2. Prices stated includes postage. Add a dollar for normal postage if not included.
Registered Mail
    - Top-up an additional of $2.30

3. I will not hold any responsibility if item(s) mailed by normal postage go/goes missing.

4. Items are non-refundable.
